- Manage the onboarding and implementation of business software applications.
- Manage, configure, optimize, and maintain core systems (CRM, production software, project management systems, email, communication tools, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and system troubleshooting in coordination with our IT agency.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and best practices.
- Prepare business systems training programs for new employee onboarding.
- Train employees on new and existing systems to ensure adoption and proper usage.
- Oversee software integrations to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
- Manage user access, permissions, data security, and compliance standards.
- Monitor system performance.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve productivity and scalability.
- Support leadership with reporting tools, dashboards, and business insights.
- Assist with software license management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing business systems, IT operations, or enterprise software.
- General understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, and data management.
- Experience implementing and managing business systems.
- Ability to lead software implementations and integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices and data governance not required but a plus.
- Project management experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Understanding of business process mapping a plus.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong understanding of or ability to become an expert in SmartSheet with provided training and self-taught learning.
